Ordering
All orders must be completed by filling a virtual "shopping cart" on this website. You will be provided with an order number. You may proceed and complete the transaction by credit card, or you may submit your order using the E.F.T. option. |

Credit card processing is handled by a secure payment gateway service, MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd at www.mygate.co.za. Lynn's Lingerie will not be advised of your credit card details and has no record of any such details during any transaction processed in this manner. |
Minimum Orders
There are no minimum orders or minimum amounts required to make a purchase from Lynn's Lingerie. All orders shall be treated in the same, professional manner and all deliveries shall be made as soon as is possible. |
Shipping & Delivery
Lynn's lingerie offers a FREE delivery (value over R50-00) to your nearest Post Office or PostNet counter via Speed Services for all orders. This is our default delivery method, you can arrange for a courier service to collect if you wish - this would be for your own account. Please contact before placing your order if this is required.If one or more items in your order is out of stock when the order is submitted then we shall deliver the the order when all items are in stock - usually within 1-2 week-days - unless other arrangements have been made.

Payment Options
LynnsLingerie.co.za offers the option to pay by any of four major credit cards directly from the site. We also accept payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or by direct cash or cheque deposit. Please contact us at if you are unsure or have any questions. The order shall only be packed and posted once the funds have been confirmed by our bank. |
Returns & Exchanges
We trust that you shall always be delighted with your purchases from LynnsLingerie.co.za. Should you have any items or garments which do not fit properly then Lynn's Lingerie will exchange the garments providing that:
The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving it.The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size) .
The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
The item is returned to us in it's original, undamaged packaging.
Please remember to wear a liner or panty when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom, g-string etc. |
